10+ Years of Flavor

Where Wing Snob Began

Wing Snob started in 2014 as a bold idea in a small West Chicago kitchen. Founder Marcus Webb had a singular vision: wings weren't being taken seriously enough. Every restaurant treated them as a throwaway appetizer — greasy, flavorless, forgettable. Marcus refused to accept that.

After months of testing dozens of sauce recipes, perfecting fry temperatures, and sourcing the finest locally-raised chicken, the first Wing Snob location opened on North Ave. The line stretched around the block on day one. People had never tasted anything like it — wings as a craft, as an experience, as a statement.

Today, the wingsnob legacy continues to grow across the United States, but our commitment never wavers: every single order must be extraordinary.

2014

The First Kitchen

Founder Marcus Webb opens the original Wing Snob on 200 W North Ave, West Chicago, IL. Day-one crowds signal something special is happening.

2016

Sauce Lab Launched

We open our dedicated Sauce Development Lab, expanding to 15 original flavors. Our Honey Gold and Inferno Habanero sauces become instant legends.

2018

Regional Recognition

Wing Snob earns "Best Wings in Illinois" by Chicago Food Magazine and gains a loyal following across the greater Midwest region.

2020

Online Ordering Launch
