As a Line Cook at Wing Snob, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen — preparing our signature sauced wings, grilled items, and sides with precision and speed. You'll work alongside a passionate team in a high-energy environment where quality always comes first.
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Front of House Team Member
Be the face of Wing Snob! You'll greet guests, take orders, manage POS transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Your energy and hospitality set the tone for the entire dining experience.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
- Previous food service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to handle a busy environment with a positive attitude
- Basic cash handling and POS system familiarity
Shift Supervisor
Lead a shift at Wing Snob with confidence. As Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, support the team, ensure service standards are met, and handle guest escalations with professionalism and poise.
- 2+ years of food service experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Delivery Driver
Bring Wing Snob's bold flavors directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll represent our brand with every drop-off, ensuring orders arrive hot, fresh, and on time across the West Chicago area.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Familiarity with the West Chicago/DuPage County area
- Strong customer service orientation
Assistant General Manager
Help steer the Wing Snob ship. The Assistant General Manager partners with the GM to oversee all restaurant operations, mentor staff, manage inventory, and ensure every guest interaction lives up to our brand promise.
- 3+ years in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role
- Proven track record of team development and retention
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- Food Safety Manager Certification required
